Inside Edition

Since 1989, Inside Edition has been informing and entertaining Americans and people in more than thirty countries around the world.

Inside Edition is television's longest-running, top-rated and most-honored syndicated newsmagazine. Since it's first episode on January 9, 1989 Inside Edition has made headlines, received industry accolades and consistently ranked in the top 10 first-run syndicated programs every year it's been on the air.

Anchored by veteran newswoman Deborah Norville since 1995, and backed by a dedicated staff of correspondents and producers, the daily newsmagazine has built a record of success envied by others in the television industry by presenting a compelling mix of hard-hitting investigations, exclusive newsmaker interviews and incisive human-interest stories, as well as celebrity and pop culture features. She is now the longest serving female news anchor on broadcast television--celebrating 20 years with Inside Edition as seen by the video below!

On the occasion of the show's twenty-fifth anniversary, Norville along with producer Charlie Carillo, penned a retrospective on the show's history, The Way We Are: Heroes, Oddballs, and Scoundrels From 25

Deb's Jobs

One of the crazier things we've done over the years is send me out to see how I am in all kinds of crazy situations. They've sent me to Jail (it was a horrible as you might imagine), I've picked fruit, sold peanuts, washed dishes and everything in between.

INSIDE EDITION is produced daily at the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City and produced and distributed by CBS Television Distribution, a unit of CBS Corp. Visit the show's website.

Inside Edition's Investigative Unit has consistently produced a variety of hard-hitting reports. The program has become known for exposing scams, rip-offs and hazards that threaten the safety of consumers. As a result, Inside Edition has received some of journalism’s most prestigious honors, including the George Polk Award, the Investigative Reporters and Editors Medal, National Press Club Awards, Sigma Delta Chi Awards, Headliner Awards, the Prism and EMMA Awards.  Inside Edition was first hosted by legendary British interviewer David Frost. He was succeeded by Bill O'Reilly who helmed the program until Norville's tenure as anchor began.

Years of Inside Edition. The book is a lively look back at some of the people, places, and situations that captured America's attention for the past quarter century.
